Key Responsibilities



Engage with existing clients

to ensure satisfaction, build trust, and strengthen long-term relationships with the company.

Identify and re-activate dormant or low-engagement clients

through regular follow-ups, personalized communication, and service reminders.

Address client queries, grievances, and service issues

promptly to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Educate clients

on new investment products, trading tools, and digital platforms to enhance their engagement and portfolio performance.

Collaborate with sales, dealing, and support teams

to ensure efficient resolution of client concerns and smooth service delivery.

Maintain accurate records

of client interactions, feedback, and retention activities in the CRM system.

Analyze client feedback and share actionable insights

with management to improve product offerings and service quality.

Contribute to client retention and revenue growth

by fostering loyalty, cross-selling relevant products, and promoting continued investment activity.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
