We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to expand our business in Ahmedabad .The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve a monthly sales target by actively pursuing new clients and maintaining existing customer relationships in the stationery business.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
Increase the customer base by [20%] annually through effective prospecting, networking, and follow-ups.
Market Penetration: Expand market presence by identifying and securing new B2B or B2C accounts in untapped regions or segments each month.
Product Promotion and Upselling: Promote high-margin stationery products and achieve- increase in upselling/cross-selling to existing clients through tailored product recommendations.
Timely Reporting and CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system, ensuring 100% compliance with weekly sales reports and pipeline tracking to support forecasting and strategy

Requirements:
Education: 12th pass, Graduate and above in any field (Sales/Marketing background preferred).
Sales experience in the Stationery field is preferred.
Experience Level:
a) For 12th Pass: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in field sales or B2B sales (Stationery Field preferred)
b) For Graduation & Above: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (Stationery field preferred)
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Language: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is preferred.]
