The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role requires excellent product knowledge, negotiation skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and target new customers in retail, corporate, educational institutions, wholesalers, and distributors.
Generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to clients.
2. Territory & Account Management
Plan and execute sales visits to existing and potential customers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends in the stationery industry.
Maintain an updated database of clients, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms.
3. Sales Targets & Reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer queries promptly.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
Build long-term relationships to increase brand loyalty and customer retention.
