Source customers through dealers, DSA, and direct channels for used car and CV loans.
Generate leads and follow up for loan conversion.
Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and vehicle condition.
Dealer & Channel Management:
Loan Processing.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to internal credit policy and KYC guidelines.
Maintain MIS, daily reporting, and performance dashboards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of Used Tractor finance business.
Strong local market knowledge and dealer network.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a go-getter attitude.
Basic knowledge of credit policies and documentation.
Familiarity with financial products, pricing, and interest rate structures.
Preferred Background:
Experience with NBFCs, Banks, or FinTechs dealing in used Tractor loan.
Proven sales track record in Auto or CV financing.
