Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell
Solset Inverters, Mini WiFi UPS, and related power backup solutions
Identify new customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Solset products
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features clearly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the technical and service team for smooth order execution
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Power / Related field) - Preferred* Diploma / Graduate candidates with strong product knowledge may also apply
Experience:
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in sales of inverters, UPS, solar, power backup, or electrical products
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to travel for sales and client meetings
Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in inverter / UPS / solar or power electronics industry
Strong dealer and channel sales network
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and professional attitude
