Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers entering the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, specifications, and pricing clearly.
Handle customer enquirers and complaints professionally.
Follow up with customer leads to drive conversions.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Required skills Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle showroom walk-ins and field visits efficiently.
Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
Strong relationship-building abilities.
