Inside Sales Executive
to join our team at CG Road. In this role, you will be the face of our company to international and domestic clients, managing relationships and generating business through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with exporters and importers through phone calls and emails.
Inside Sales:
Introduce Seaway's freight forwarding services to potential clients (Lead generation).
Coordination:
Act as a bridge between the client and our operations team to ensure smooth shipments.
Quotation Handling:
Prepare and send price proposals/quotations to clients.
Reporting:
Maintain daily Excel reports of client interactions and follow-ups.
Who We Are Looking For:

Communication:
Excellent command over English, Hindi, and Gujarati (Verbal & Written).
Experience:
0-5 years. (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; training will be provided).
Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel) and a polite, professional phone etiquette.
Education:
Any Graduate.
