Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in the Interior Design and Architecture industry. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our interior and architectural solutions to potential customers, including developers, architects, corporate clients, and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design and architectural solutions market.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project bids.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging design solutions.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven sales experience in interiors, architecture, real estate, or construction industries.
Strong network of contacts within the architecture and design community (preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into business proposals.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site when required.
