About the Role
Ample Solar Private Limited is hiring a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to support the growth of our solar EPC business. This role focuses on driving sales for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects through client acquisition, solution-based selling, and close coordination with internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development for solar EPC projects (Residential / Commercial / Industrial) across Gujarat and nearby markets.
Identify, generate, and convert leads from factories, industrial units, institutions, and commercial establishments.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand energy requirements and propose customized solar solutions.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and design teams.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and ensure timely closure of deals.
Coordinate with project execution, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline using internal systems.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical field.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing sales activities independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site assessments.
Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial / project-based / EPC sales.
Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector will be an added advantage.
