Role Overview:
As a
Sales Executive
, you'll be the face of TS Buildtech -- engaging with potential clients, showcasing our real estate projects, and helping them make informed investment decisions. You'll play a vital role in driving revenue, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential buyers through calls, site visits, and in-person meetings.
Generate and manage leads through various marketing channels and follow-ups.
Present real estate projects effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
Coordinate and schedule
site visits
for clients and assist them during property tours.
Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to optimize lead conversion.
Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in
real estate sales
or a similar client-facing sales role (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven personality.
Good knowledge of property markets, project offerings, and investment trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced sales team.
