Job Description

Responsibilities



Generate leads through calls, networking, and field activity. Handle client inquiries and conduct property site visits. Explain project details and match suitable options to customer requirements. Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets. Maintain follow-ups, documentation, and reports. Coordinate with builders, brokers, and internal teams.

Manage day-to-day residential property operations.

Handle tenant onboarding, rent follow-ups, and issue resolution.

Conduct property inspections and ensure upkeep/maintenance.

Build good relationships with residents and management committees.


Requirements



0-2 years experience in real estate or property management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Two-wheeler & driving license mandatory. Good with customer handling.
