Job Overview
As part of our Coimbatore expansion, we are hiring
Sales Executives
to drive business growth in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will generate leads, meet potential clients, and promote Loyaltri's HRMS solutions in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads in the Coimbatore region.
Meet potential clients and explain Loyaltri's HRMS offerings.
Conduct product presentations and basic demos.
Build strong relationships with prospects and convert them into customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and client interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct field visits and meet clients regularly.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred:
Experience in B2B sales, SaaS products, or HRMS solutions (up to 2 years).
