is an interior design and luxury home decor business located in Kalamassery, Kochi, India, offering a curated selection of furniture, decor, and wall finishes like UV printed PVC sheets and cork wallpaper to transform interior spaces. They operate an interior design emporium, provide online shopping services, and are known for their focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, with an active presence on offline and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales Growth

: Meet and exceed sales quota, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.

Product Knowledge

: Develop in-depth knowledge of our home decor products, staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and trends. Trainings will be provided on home decor products.

Store Representation

: Represent the brand and store in a professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Market Insights

: Gather market intelligence, identifying trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Other Requirements-

Shift timing: 9AM to 6 PM

,

10 AM to 7 PM

&

11 AM to 8 PM

. Candidates who were able work on these shifts on rotational basis need to apply.

Gender:

Male or Female

Education

: Any Degree/ Diploma graduates.

Experience

: Preferably 1-3 years of sales experience in the home decor or furniture industry. Fresh graduates who are passionate about sales can also apply.

Skills

:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
