Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and target potential clients who require courier and logistics services. Promote and sell the company's courier services to businesses and individual customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand and fulfill logistics needs. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain sales records and provide regular reports to the management. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in courier, logistics, or transportation industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle field sales. Good knowledge of the local market and customer base. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if applicable).
