Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships across industrial segments
Identify new business opportunities in the domestic and export markets
Conduct product presentations and technical consultations with prospective clients
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including negotiation, order processing, and follow-up
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to meet customer requirements
Track competitor activity and report market trends
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Proven sales experience in chemical/plastic/rubber industries
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel as needed
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
