Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Revenue Generation

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territories. Increase product penetration and expand market share.

Channel & Customer Management

Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers. Ensure proper stock availability and visibility at outlets. Negotiate with channel partners for schemes, promotions, and merchandising.

Market Development

Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution reach. Conduct market surveys and gather competitor intelligence. Support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Execution & Reporting

Ensure proper implementation of sales strategies, schemes, and promotional activities. Track sales performance and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports. Monitor collections and ensure timely payments from distributors.

Team & Coordination

Work closely with the sales team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
