Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with a warm, professional approach.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable KIA vehicles and features.
Offer test drives and explain vehicle specifications, finance options, and features clearly.
2. Product Expertise
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all KIA models, features, price lists, variants, and technical details.
Stay informed about the latest automobile trends and competitor offerings.
3. Achieving Sales Targets
Work towards achieving monthly individual and team sales targets as set by the management.
Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Provide post-sale support including coordination for vehicle delivery, documentation, and addressing concerns.
5. Coordination & Teamwork
Collaborate with the finance and insurance teams to offer comprehensive solutions.
Work closely with marketing and CRM teams for campaigns, follow-ups, and lead management.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, test drives, bookings, and deliveries.
Ensure all documentation (loan papers, registration forms, insurance, etc.) is processed correctly and timely.
