Roles and Responsibilities as a Sourcing Manager:
\xef\x83\x98 Working with one of the leading housing solutions platform, the candidate will be handling regions in Mumbai (especially Mira Road, Bhayandar, Dahisar and Borivali area) and will drive top line by efficiency in business by acquiring new avenues.
\xef\x83\x98 Owning and executing all plans for developing business and achieving the set goals.
\xef\x83\x98 The candidate will be responsible for strategizing
\xef\x83\x98 The candidate will be responsible for local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion
opportunities and scaling up the business.
\xef\x83\x98 Evangelize the channel partners and taking initiative to close deals personally.
\xef\x83\x98 Provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of sales lifecycle.
\xef\x83\x98 Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience.
\xef\x83\x98 Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives.
\xef\x83\x98 Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both internally & externally.

Functional Requirement:
\xef\x83\x98 Proven leadership track record, in scaling growth, revenues, profitability and contribution towards achieving the set targets as a team
\xef\x83\x98 Strong sense of changing consumer markets, innate understanding of market dynamics.
\xef\x83\x98 A self - starter with an intense drive to outperform expectations, the incumbent will
be required to be hands- on
\xef\x83\x98 Ability to build a strong brand in a highly competitive market environment
\xef\x83\x98 The candidate must have the ability to influence peers and top management on strength of strategic fit and hard data and lead the business with confidence.

Principal Accountabilities:
\xef\x83\x98 Being a part of extensive outreach to Channel Partners
\xef\x83\x98 Creating a team of dedicated Channel Partners ensuring the best terms of engagement with them.
\xef\x83\x98 Following up with the Channel Partners for lead generation and identifying the support
