Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury real estate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients. Understanding of luxury market dynamics and client expectations.
