is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join our real estate team. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, conducting property presentations, and managing the complete sales process. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and solid knowledge of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop potential client leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Conduct property site visits and provide detailed information and support to prospective buyers.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive listings.

Negotiate property sales and guide clients through the legal and documentation process.

Maintain and manage a CRM database for leads and follow-ups.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Represent Greha Homes Pvt Ltd professionally and ethically in all client interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle client interactions with care.

Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Must possess a valid driving license and be open to travel.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.

Multilingual skills are a plus.
