Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

: Generate leads, identify potential buyers/sellers, take them for floor visits and nurture strong, lasting client relationships.

Property Survey

: Provide market insights and detailed information on projects.

Market Analysis

: Research market trends, property values, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Documentation & Coordination

: Prepare sales reports, manage annexures, and coordinate with internal teams

Strategy

: Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Eligibility:

Graduate with good communication Skills

3-5 years of experience in property sale/purchase

Presentable and confident

Familiar with east delhi prime localities

Must have his own two wheeler

East delhi based candidates will be given preference

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
