As a Sales Executive at Vardhman Developers, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our premium real estate projects. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the property buying process. : \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. \xc2\xb7 Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting their unique features, amenities, and investment potential. \xc2\xb7Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, networking with the local agents and other strategies to expand the client base. \xc2\xb7 Possess a deep understanding of the company\'s projects, pricing, and available inventory to effectively guide clients in their decision-making process. \xc2\xb7 Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals in line with company guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas as set by the company. \xc2\xb7 Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets of residential projects. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations. \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
