Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential PCD franchise partners. Explain product offerings, pricing, and business models to prospects. Generate and qualify leads from various platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, etc. Maintain relationships with distributors, stockists, and franchise partners. Share product details, promotional materials, and pricing lists through WhatsApp, email, and calls. Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts team for smooth order processing. Follow up for payments, repeat orders, and feedback. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales in CRM or Excel.

Required Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of PCD pharma products and business model (preferred). Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven.

Qualifications:



Graduate in any stream (Science/Pharma preferred but not mandatory). Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
