The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring brand visibility in the assigned territory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, hospitals, and distributors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Conduct regular visits to clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
Provide detailed information on products, including their benefits and usage.
Ensure availability and visibility of products in the market.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Maintain records of sales calls, orders, and client feedback.
Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and promotions.
Stay updated with competitor activities and market trends.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Commerce (B.Pharm / B.Sc preferred).
1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative role.
Freshers with strong communication and interest in sales may also apply.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel extensively.
