Salary:

CTC - 23,000

Bike & Driving License mandatory

Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric approach Identify potential customers for personal loans Generate leads and follow up with prospects Assess customer creditworthiness and process loan applications Explain loan products, interest rates, and terms to customers Meet sales targets and performance metrics Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely repayment Collaborate with teams like credit, operations, and customer service Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies 50% branch work, 50% field (new customer acquisition) Corporate activities / loan promotion Direct documentation work
