Job Summary:
Vishram International Services (VIS) is hiring dynamic, target-driven Sales Executives for its international recruitment team. This role focuses on high-volume student recruitment for
Overseas study and work
programs. You will be responsible for
counseling, conversion, and developing B2B connections
in your city.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert students for VIS's Europe and Costa Rica work-study/migration programs.
Meet monthly targets of student conversions and revenue generation.
Conduct telephonic/online/in-person consultations to explain program benefits.
Build and maintain
B2B partnerships
with colleges, agents, and training centers within city limits.
Represent VIS in student fairs, and educational events.
Update and track lead progress on CRM and submit daily reports.
Coordinate with processing and operations teams to ensure student success.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of program eligibility and visa processes.
Eligibility & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
1-3 years experience in student recruitment, sales, or career counseling in study abroad industry
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Excellent spoken and written English; regional language is a plus
Comfortable with field visits within city (for B2B tie-ups)
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
