Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in sales (FMCG Industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area/territory.
Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors as per the defined beat plan.
Identify new dealers, retailers, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with distributors for stock availability, order booking, and timely deliveries.
Track distributor performance (sales, inventory, claims, credit, returns, etc.).
Ensure adherence to company policies on pricing, schemes, and promotions.
Support promotional activities, trade schemes, and consumer offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key market influencers.
Handle retailer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
