Role Overview:




We're seeking a driven and experienced B2B Salesperson to own and expand the company's presence across North India--promoting PV junction boxes, aluminum frames, and other solar components to manufacturers, solar installers, EPC contractors, and distributors. Geographic familiarity and a strong professional network in the region are essential.


Key Responsibilities:




Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans focused on North India. Cultivate new business relationships with solar module manufacturers, system integrators, EPC contractors, distributors, etc. Present the company's solar component portfolio--emphasizing technical advantages like IP68 ratings, high RTI materials, anodized strength, and global certifications like IEC 62790/62852. Handle end-to-end sales activities--from prospecting through to negotiation and closure. Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution. Meet or exceed regional sales targets and deliver regular reports to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and on-site client visits. Gather market feedback, competitor intelligence, and customer needs to support product development.

Qualifications & Experience:




Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field. 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the solar industry or related manufacturing/trading of PV components. Proven sales success within North Indian territories--especially Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, etc. Strong technical understanding of PV junction boxes, aluminum frames, or solar module components. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and travel-ready.

Location Requirement:




* Candidate must be based in North Region (Rajasthan, Delhi etc) and should have demonstrated market knowledge and presence in the region.
