Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial safety equipment markets (domestic & international).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Understand technical specifications of safety products (PPE, safety gear, mechanical safety equipment, etc.) and present solutions to customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Work closely with the production and design teams to customize products as per client requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proposals for clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor sales pipeline, prepare regular business reports, and forecast sales performance.
Attend trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and generate leads.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety certifications, and industry regulations.
