Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in the manufacturing/industrial sector.
Promote and sell company products to meet sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Visit clients, explain product features, and provide technical/commercial quotations.
Negotiate terms of sales and close deals effectively.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain records of sales, invoices, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and product demonstrations when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and market visits.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.
