Position: Sales Executive/Manager
Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Requirements
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years in Insurance, Mutual Funds and other supplementary financial products.
Certifications: NISM VA (Mutual Funds) required, IRDA (Insurance) is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record in new client acquisition and wallet share development.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with ability to close high-ticket deals.
Adequate knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Capital Markets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
High ethical standards and client-first advisory mindset.
Technology Proficiency: CRM tools, MS Excel/PowerPoint and AI
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Product Mix Achievement: Successfully sell a diverse range of products, meeting specific product mix goals.
Upsell Performance: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell to existing clients.
New Business Acquisition: Actively acquire new clients and business.
New Knowledge Acquired: Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations by continuously acquiring new knowledge.
Client Relationship Management
Client Engagement: Maintain a high level of engagement with clients.
Relationship Depth: Build and deepen client relationships to foster loyalty and trust.
Meeting Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions and meetings.
Client Retention: Implement strategies to retain clients and minimize churn.
Lead Generation
Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through various channels.
Reference Generation: Encourage and secure client referrals.
Lead Conversion: Effectively convert leads into paying clients.
Proposal Effectiveness (Lost Leads): Analyze and learn from lost proposals to improve future success rates.
Product Performance
Mutual Funds: Drive sales and performance of mutual fund products.
Life Insurance: Promote and sell life insurance policies.
General Insurance: Achieve targets for general insurance products.
Other Products: Be proficient in selling and promoting other relevant products as required.
Activity Tracking
Prospecting Calls: Conduct a specified number of prospecting calls daily.
Client Meetings: Hold regular meetings with clients to review portfolios and discuss needs.
Proposals Sent: Track the number of proposals sent and their outcomes.
New Client Addition: Monitor the rate of new client acquisition.
Follow-ups Completed: Ensure all client and prospect follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
Client Profiling Done: Accurately profile clients to better understand their financial needs and goals.

Feedback Taken: Solicit and document feedback from clients to improve service.
Workshops for Clients: Organize and conduct workshops for clients to enhance their financial knowledge.

Digital & Social Media Drives: Actively engage in digital and social media marketing initiatives.
Location-Based Initiatives (Field Work): Conduct fieldwork and local initiatives to generate leads.
Educational Series: Develop or participate in educational series for clients or prospects.
File Making: Ensure all client files are accurate and up-to-date.
Portfolio Review: Regularly review client portfolios and provide strategic recommendations.
Self Review: Conduct periodic self-reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
