Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Sales Executive / Manager
to join our growing international sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
Generate new leads and nurture relationships with international clients.
Understand client requirements and promote VBS's BIM and engineering services.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate sales reports and track performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in
international B2B sales
(preferably in AEC or Engineering services).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Comfortable working in the
US/UK shift (5 PM - 2 AM IST)
.
