Sales Executive

Location: Second Floor, #18, Novel MSR Park, Sy No: 93/9, Varthur main road, Munnekolalu, Marathahalli, Bangalore - 560037

Type:

Full-Time

CTC:

?20,000 Per month + Incentive(5k)

( Post successful completion of the 3-month probation period, the CTC will be revised to ?3 LPA.)

Eligibility:

Final year students or recent graduates from MBA, BBA, Engineering, or Hospitality Management programs.

:

1. Explaining property details to the buyers on calls, converting them to prospects.

2. Assisting prospective buyers with site visits, mainly on weekends;

weekday visits arranged as needed.

3. Handling negotiations and converting into sales.

4. Maintaining a good relationship with the stakeholders involved.

Required skills and qualifications:

1. Degree

2. Communication skills

3. Fluency in English and one regional language.

Two wheeler is mandatory

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
