- Sales Executive (IT Products & Solutions)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive

direct sales

of IT products and solutions across assigned territories/accounts. Manage the

end-to-end sales cycle

- from prospecting to closing deals. Consistently achieve and exceed

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

. Prospect for new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct

cold calls

to initiate conversations and convert prospects into clients. Understand client requirements and present appropriate

products, services, and solutions

. (Prior experience in food solution selling will be an added advantage).*
Prepare and deliver

presentations, proposals, and sales contracts

. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals. Build and maintain

long-term relationships

with clients to drive repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure

timely and quality service delivery

. Participate in

exhibitions, conferences, and networking events

to generate leads. Create and manage a

sales funnel of prospects

to ensure a healthy pipeline. Willingness to work on-field, meet potential clients, and go the extra mile if required.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in

IT product sales and solution selling

(direct sales only). Strong understanding of

end-to-end sales processes

. Prior experience in

food solution selling

is preferred. Excellent

communication skills in Hindi and English

. Strong

negotiation and presentation skills

. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively for client meetings.

Education & Experience:

Graduate in Business/Marketing/IT (preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of direct sales experience in IT products/solutions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
