Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Pitch IT services and solutions (software development, ERP, CRM, AI/ML, SaaS, digital solutions) to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
Work with technical teams to create proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and sales using CRM tools.
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Provide regular market feedback to the management team.
