IT Infrastructure, Network Solutions, Cloud Services, Facility Management Services (FMS)
Primary Objective:
To drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting N-SCOPE's IT solutions and services--including cloud, networking, security, and managed services. The Executive - Sales will support the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure and post-sales coordination.
Service Bond Clause:
The Employee agrees to serve the Company for a minimum of Three (3) year. At joining, the Employee shall provide a cheque equal to one (1) month's CTC, to be held by the Company.
If the Employee leaves before completing one year, the Company may deposit the cheque. If dishonoured, legal action will be initiated as per applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential customers in target industries (corporates, manufacturing, hospitality, BFSI, etc.).
Perform cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and attend local events to generate qualified leads.
Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects using CRM or lead tracking tools.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand IT infrastructure requirements and pain points.
Provide prompt responses to client queries and follow up on proposal submissions and feedback.
3. Product & Service Promotion
Understand and promote N-SCOPE's offerings, such as:
Microsoft Azure & M365 cloud solutions
Server, storage, and virtualization products
Firewalls and cybersecurity services (e.g., VAPT, DLP, endpoint protection)
Network infrastructure (switches, Wi-Fi, racks)
Facility Management Services (FMS)
Coordinate with technical teams for solution walkthroughs or product demos.
4. Proposal & Quotation Management
Prepare and share commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with the technical and procurement team.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and closure timelines to convert leads into sales.
5. Sales Target Achievement
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Track sales pipeline and progress using CRM tools and regular reporting to the Sales Manager.
6. Post-Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation.
Ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding and address any post-sale concerns.
7. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Provide inputs to management on pricing strategies, new service offerings, and client feedback.
Submit weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, closures, and forecasts.
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in IT/Technology/Infrastructure sales preferred (Freshers with strong communication and interest in tech sales may apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player.
Graduate in any stream (BBA, BCom, BSc IT, BE, MBA preferred).
