Experience Preferred : 2-5 of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the HVAC, construction, Project business or building materials sector. (Must have experience working with architects)

Technical Skill Requirement : Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.Behavioural skill requirements:

Proven experience working directly with architects and design consultants, builders. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our air conditioning installation services, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote AC installation services to architects, builders, and related stakeholders. Identify and build strong professional relationships with architecture firms and project consultants. Conduct regular visits and presentations to architects and influencers to showcase product offerings and solutions. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align marketing strategies with project requirements. Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings. Create and manage marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and promotional materials targeted at design professionals. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
