Develop and implement strategies to increase room bookings, meeting space, and event hosting.
Maintain an up-to-date database of contacts and prospects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle inquiries and requests for quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the booking process.
Conduct presentations and site inspections for prospective clients.
Highlight the hotel's unique selling points and available packages.
Customize packages to meet clients' specific needs and ensure satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Track progress against sales goals and adjust strategies accordingly.
Draft and review contracts and ensure all terms are in alignment with the client's requirements.
Coordinate with the hotel operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
