Job Description

This position requires a dynamic individual with strong skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: o Sales Manager : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives Calling clients and sell package. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance. Clinic Target Achievement with : o Clinic Manager o Sales councillors o Doctors o Practitioners Financial closing of packages. Follow-up leads, and build and nurture client relationships. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Software's: KEKA/Zenoti Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,718.01 - ₹33,891.70 per month

Work Location: In person
