The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting and selling our healthcare products or services (such as medical equipment, pharmaceutical products, healthcare IT solutions, or diagnostics), and building long-term relationships with clients including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare market.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to promote products/services.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Address client concerns and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
Product Knowledge & Promotion
Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services.
Educate healthcare providers on product features, benefits, and usage.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM tools.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
Participate in weekly/monthly team meetings and performance reviews.
Requirements: Education:
Graduation In any Field.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
A degree or diploma in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical technology is an advantage.
Experience:
1-3 years of sales experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry preferred.
Freshers with strong motivation and relevant academic background may also apply.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
