Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the counter Help customers choose bakery products Pack items and generate bills/invoices Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately Maintain cleanliness of the counter and display area Refill stock and arrange products neatly Answer customer queries politely and professionally Keep records of sales and billing (Tally or POS system, if applicable) Coordinate with kitchen/inventory team for stock updates
