Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our products in the assigned region.

Location: Bhubaneswar

Salary: 10K-12K

Experience: 1+

years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry

1) Collect Orders from Grocery outlets & General Stores using the Sales application

2) Achieve daily counter visit target as well as value target

3) Actively engage with customers to promote and sell namkeen products, both at our retail outlet and through field sales activities.

4) Utilize persuasive sales techniques to close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.

5) Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.

6) Keep accurate records of sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments.

7) Report sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the Sales Manager or relevant team members.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
