We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the fleet, mobility, and rental sector. The candidate should be confident in field sales, managing B2B clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the fleet and rental market
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
Build strong relationships with fleet owners, rental agencies, and corporate clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage the complete sales cycle (lead generation to closing)
Provide market insights and competitor updates
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Fleet Knowledge (Required)
Understanding of corporate, rental, logistics, and mobility fleets
Awareness of fleet operations: driver management, route planning, vehicle utilisation
Knowledge of fleet maintenance, service schedules, vehicle health, breakdown handling
Understanding of fleet cost factors: fuel/charging, insurance, maintenance, downtime
Basic understanding of GPS, telematics, and fleet management software
Familiarity with EV fleet concepts: charging, battery cycles, range management
Ability to explain fleet solutions to B2B clients
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (fleet/automotive/mobility/rental preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Proven experience in B2B sales
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required
