Responsibilities
Conduct outside sales activities by visiting prospective clients and existing accounts within assigned territories to generate new business opportunities.
Develop strategic business plans to identify potential leads, target markets, and key decision-makers for B2B sales initiatives.
Manage territory sales by maintaining a pipeline of prospects through lead generation, cold calling, and networking efforts.
Present compelling product demos and technical solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing value propositions and competitive advantages.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through excellent account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while aligning with company policies.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze market trends, and forecast future sales performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales or territory management within B2B environments, preferably involving technology or product solutions.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations, close deals, and upsell additional products or services.
Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and direct sales strategies.
Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, customer service interactions, and team collaboration.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) along with analysis skills to interpret sales data and market insights.
