Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales and achieve targets in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Promote products to new and existing customers
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for payments and orders
- Meet with potential clients and close deals
- Provide timely reporting and updates on sales performance
- Follow Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or institutional sales
- 2-wheeler mandatory for field work
-Good knowledge of Excel required
- Excellent knowledge of English and local language (Kannada for Bangalore, Gujarati for Ahmedabad)
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good PR and ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (including travelling allowances)
- Commission structure: Eligible after 3 months of probation
Office Timings:
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
