Profile: Sales Executive-Fashion Retail-Surat-25k
Experience: 1-2 years in online sales, retail sales, customer engagement, or related roles.
Salary Range: 22k-25k
Roles:
Respond to customer inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, and other online channels promptly.
Handle order inquiries and educate customers about product specs, fitting, pricing, and availability.
Convert online leads to in-store visits or confirmed purchases.
Track and report weekly/monthly online sales metrics.
Manage customer follow-ups and handle basic objections.
Assist with uploading products, reels/stories, and online catalog updates.
Coordinate with store staff to update inventory info and delivery timelines.
Qualification:
Minimum 10+2 (HSC); graduate preferable.
Fashion or retail interest is a plus.
