Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable electrical products (e.g., wiring, switches, fans,etc.).
Explain product features, benefits, specifications, pricing, and warranties to customers.
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, new arrivals, and promotions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with regular customers, electricians, contractors, and local businesses.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager or suppliers for timely replenishment.
Assist in the visual merchandising of products for better display and increased footfall.
Keep records of sales, customer feedback
