We are hiring dynamic Sales Executives to drive sales of Dry Mix Mortar products across Guwahati and Upper Assam. The role involves market development, dealer engagement, and project-based sales in the construction segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales through dealers, retailers, and project sites
Develop and manage distributor/dealer networks
Conduct site visits and product promotion activities
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market presence
Maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and applicators
Eligibility & Experience:
Experience in Paints, Block Jointing Mortar (BJM), Tile Adhesive, Wall Putty, or related construction materials
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Compensation:
?25,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience)
Tentative Joining:
1st Week of February
