Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to inform business development strategies
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Foster a collaborative environment to drive team performance.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven track record in commercial real estate sales or business development.
Strong understanding of the Noida real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
