Job Summary
The Solar Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting solar energy solutions, and closing sales with residential, commercial, or industrial customers. The role involves educating clients on solar products, conducting site assessments, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
Promote solar rooftop systems, solar power plants, and related renewable energy solutions
Conduct customer meetings and explain technical and financial benefits of solar systems
Perform preliminary site assessments and coordinate with technical teams
Prepare and present customized solar proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales
Maintain strong relationships with customers before and after sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep records of sales activities and update CRM systems
Stay updated on solar industry trends, government policies, and subsidy schemes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
